Tell us a little bit about your day to day responsibilities at Petite Studio.
I manage customer service, logistics, and our showroom here in Soho! I’m also known around the office as the secret weapon for social media and email messaging.
What's one thing you would tell our customers to make their shopping experience easier?
Ask us questions! We’re seriously always here to help, the support email is not only for order questions but also totally open for our customers to get to know us as well.
Our showroom is pretty awesome. How can people make an appointment to come by and try everything on in person?
It really is! You can make an appointment by stopping by our website and viewing the Visit Us page. We’re open Tuesdays through Fridays, 12pm-7pm. Appointments are not absolutely necessary, but it’s really nice to be able to know who’s coming by and when so we can be ready for you.
What is your favorite thing about being part of the work we're doing at Petite Studio NYC?
So many things! I love having a good relationship with everyone in the office. The culture is amazing, and our personalities all work well together. We’re like a big family and it’s great. Even coming into the showroom, there’s a "homey" feeling that you can’t really find anywhere else. It’s a place i feel good about being apart of and that’s hard to find nowadays. I also love seeing how fast we’re growing, getting to be apart of this from the beginning is definitely a dream come true.
