We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
(We accept credit cards from the US, Canada, and 50 other countries, as well as from PayPal. You can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout. )
Customers outside of New York do not have to pay sales tax. Since our company is based in and operates in New York City, we pay tax for sales generated in NY. Customers from New York will be charged 8.875% of the retail price as stated in NY Sales Tax Guides.
Change Your Order
If you need to change your order due to wrong address, please contact us immediately. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll do our best to update your order in time. We process and ship orders quickly, so if our warehouse has processed your order, then we will be unable to make any changes.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship out an order, we will send an email with an USPS/Fedex package tracking number. You can use the number to track your package.
If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account as well.
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship domestic orders via USPS/ FedEx. All in all, standard U.S. shipping takes 7-10 business days.
We also offer expedited shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Our expedited shipping is handled through FedEx and costs $15 for 2+ items and $20 for single-item orders. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping outside the U.S.
We only deliver to U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
