Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. You may purchase express shipping for an additional fee.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is free for orders above $300 and a $25 flat fee for orders less than $300. We ship to over 120 countries around the world.
Duties and Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required by your respective local government. Petite Studio cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express 2-day shipping at checkout for domestic orders. International shipping can take 5-14 business days.
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Customers outside of New York do not have to pay sales tax. Since our company is based in and operates in New York City, we pay tax for sales generated in NY.
Change your order
If you need to change your order due to wrong address, please contact us immediately. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll do our best to update your order in time. We process and ship orders quickly, so if our warehouse has processed your order, then we will be unable to make any changes.
Tracking your order
When we ship out an order, we will send an email with a package tracking number. You can use the number to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at anytime by simply logging into your account. If you have any trouble tracking your package, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we can help you track it.
We offer free returns. You may return any items within 20 days of purchasing your item (they must be placed in the mail to be returned within 20 days of purchasing them). The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned. All accessories are final sale and can not be returned.
Domestic Return Policy: We provide you a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund.
International Return Policy: The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us). Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).
Defective or Damaged Product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.
How do I return an item?
1. Include the original packing slip in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
2. Go to www.petitestudionyc.com/a/returns to get your prepaid shipping label. Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package. Please note: all return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags.
3. Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office, if you use prepaid shipping label. If you prefer not to use the prepaid shipping label or if you want to return international shipments, please ship the item(s) to:

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
We DO NOT accept exchanges. We suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund and reorder a new one in a new size or color.
All items marked final-sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
Return a gift
To make a gift return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any order information you have.
If you purchase an item and the item goes on sale on our website within 7 days after your purchase, we will provide a price match to the lower price. If you purchase an item between 7-14 days before the item goes on sale on our website, we will provide a price match equal to 50% of the difference in price. Please note that we cannot price match to any third party offers.
