1 | Wake up on time and eat healthy

Start your day off on the right foot and at the right time! Wake up as you normally would before quarantine and eat a balanced breakfast. A slice of toast with your favorite spread and some fruit on the side is a quick and easy way to get energized in the morning.

2 | Do change out of your pajamas

Staying in the same clothes all week and all day can really affect motivation and your mood. Dress up in a cute dress or cozy cardigan to boost your mood and change things up. And don’t forget, now is really the time to dress however you want so have fun and play around with different styles you normally wouldn’t be able to wear to work or aren’t sure if you’d wear outside! 3 | Stay on track

Remember keeping an insanely packed Google Calendar with all the meetings you had to run to in a day? And planning out outfits days in advance? Move your calendar onto an old school planner or a sticky note collage. Block out time every night to plan out your outfits for the next 2-3 days and take fun outfit flat lays to share onto your social media.
