Measure from crotch to ankle.
HIPS
Measure the widest part of your hips.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around the smallest part of your waist.
BUST
Measure the fullest part of your bust, with the tape measure flat along your back.
SHOULDER WIDTH
Stand up straight against a wall and mark where your arms meet your shoulder. Measure the length between the two.
