[{"title":"How does the points program work?","content":"

We’re excited to show our appreciation through our exclusive rewards program: The Petite Club! By creating an account, you’ll earn points for each dollar you spend. These points can be redeemed for store credit.

"},{"title":"How do I earn points?","content":"

You will earn one point per dollar spent (or two points per dollar spent for Platinum VIP customers). This excludes returns.

Please note that there is a 35 day waiting period for points to be added to your account after your purchase. However, if you would like your points sooner, you may email support@petitestudionyc.com and confirm that you are not returning your order, at which point you may receive your points immediately.

For instructions on how to redeem points for store credit, click on the link to the video toward the top of this page.

"},{"title":"How is my VIP tier determined?","content":"

Your VIP Tier is determined based on your spend during the previous year. After your VIP Tier is determined, your VIP Tier is valid through December 31st of the following year.

For example, if you spend $700 during 2025 (and do not return any items from your order) you will receive Gold Tier status, and you will keep this status until December 31st 2025.

"},{"title":"Do returned items count toward VIP status?","content":"

No, VIP credit is not awarded for returned items. If you return items from a qualifying purchase, the appropriate amount of VIP credit will be deducted from your VIP credit. VIP credit will only be awarded for the products you did not return. Your membership will be downgraded if your accumulated spend falls below the respective tier qualifier.

"},{"title":"Does VIP Tier status reset or expire?","content":"

Yes. VIP Tiers reset on January 1st each year based on your spend from the previous year.

For example, on January 1st 2021, VIP Tiers will be reset for the full year and your spend will be reset to $0. You will need to requalify for your current VIP Tier in order to remain there after the next reset.

For example: If you achieve Platinum VIP during 2025, you will remain there until December 31st 2026. However, to maintain your Platinum VIP Tier in 2026, you will have to reach the Platinum minimum spend of $1,000 during 2026. If you have only qualified for Gold Tier spending during 2026, you will be downgraded to Silver on January 1st 2026.

"},{"title":"Who can join?","content":"

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled in the program.

"},{"title":"Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?","content":"

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.

"},{"title":"What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?","content":"

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
