Accessibility at Petite Studio NYC

Petite Studio NYC is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or magnification.

What we are doing

We are working to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by most accessibility laws and regulations. In October 2026 we completed an accessibility review of petitestudionyc.com and made improvements across the site, including:

- Text alternatives for images and icon buttons so screen readers can describe them.
- A "Skip to content" link so keyboard users can bypass the header and menus.
- Larger tap targets for small links and controls on touch screens.
- Improved color contrast for form fields, labels, and headings.
- Restored pinch-to-zoom on mobile devices.
- Clearer structure for menus, lists, and headings used by assistive technology.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review the site regularly and address issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Checkout and third-party content

Checkout is provided by Shopify, and some features such as live chat, reviews media, and payment options are provided by third-party services. We choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, but we do not control the code of those services.
