WHAT IS THE PETITE CLUB?
The Petite Club is a VIP loyalty program that is managed and administered by Petite Studio NYC.
HOW CAN I SIGN UP?
To participate in the Program, you must register for an account at www.petitestudionyc.com and you will be automatically enrolled in the Petite Club.
HOW IS MY PETITE CLUB MEMBERSHIP TIER DETERMINED?
Your membership tier is determined based on your spend after April 17th 2019.
Silver: You will be automatically upgraded to Silver once you spend US$900 with Petite Studio.
Gold: You will be automatically upgraded to Gold once you spend US$1,200 with Petite Studio.
Platinum: You will be automatically upgraded to Platinum once you spend US$2,000 with Petite Studio.

For Silver, Gold and Platinum members, you get to shop our latest collection and sales ahead of everyone else. How’s that for VIP access?

HOW DOES THE VIP CONCIERGE WORK?
Upon achieving Platinum membership status, members will receive an email with contact information for our VIP concierge specially reserved just for you!
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PETITE CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
Once you are signed in, click the launcher on the lower left corner of the screen to check your membership tier and progress!
HOW CAN I ENJOY MY EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT PRIVILEGE?
Log into your Petite Studio account and apply your exclusive code upon checkout to enjoy the discount! The discount privilege is applicable to Silver, Gold and Platinum members only.
CAN I USE MY VIP DISCOUNT DURING A SALE?
No. VIP discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Users may only use one discount code or promotion for a single order. You may choose whether you would like to use your VIP discount or the Sale discount.
HOW IS MY VIP TIER DETERMINED?
Your VIP Tier is determined based on your spend during the previous year. After your VIP Tier is determined, your VIP Tier is valid through December 31st of the following year.
For example, if you spend $900 during 2020 (and do not return any items from your order) you will receive Silver Tier status, and you will keep this status until December 31st 2021.
DOES VIP TIER STATUS RESET OR EXPIRE?
Yes. VIP Tiers reset on January 1st each year based on your spend from the previous year. For example, on January 1st 2021, VIP Tiers will be reset for the full year and your spend will be reset to $0. You will need to requalify for your current VIP Tier in order to remain there after the next reset.
For example: If you achieve Platinum VIP during 2020, you will remain there until December 31st 2021. However, to maintain your Platinum VIP Tier in 2022, you will have to reach the Platinum minimum spend of $2,000 during 2021. If you have only qualified for Silver Tier spending during 2021, you will be downgraded to Silver on January 1st 2022.
WHAT TYPE OF SPEND COUNTS TOWARD VIP STATUS?
You must be signed into your Member account at the time of purchase. Each dollar you spend on Petite Studio products counts toward VIP status. The following do not apply to your total spend amount for VIP credit: purchases of gift certificates, purchases made with store credit, purchases of third-party products, duties fees, taxes and shipping fees.
DO RETURNED ITEMS COUNT TOWARD VIP STATUS?
No, VIP credit is not awarded for returned items. If you return items from a qualifying purchase, the appropriate amount of VIP credit will be deducted from your VIP credit. VIP credit will only be awarded for the products you did not return. Your membership will be downgraded if your accumulated spend falls below the respective tier qualifier.
IS THERE A DELAY IN WHEN I CAN USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Your VIP Status becomes official 6 weeks after purchase to allow for any returns to be processed. Your VIP discount code and VIP status perks can only be used after this 6 week period following a qualifying purchase.
CAN I SPEND MY VIP CREDIT?
No, the Petite Club is not a points program. VIP credit has no cash value. Your VIP credit is only valid to help you achieve VIP tier status.
I HAVE A GIFT CARD. CAN I USE THAT TOGETHER WITH MY DISCOUNT PRIVILEGE?
No, unfortunately not. Our system only allows users to use a single code at any time, including sale discount codes.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?
Please click on retrieve password available at the 'Log in' page. Enter your registered email and click on 'Submit'. A link will be sent to your email address. Simply click on the link to reset your password.
